The district’s HR department will tell you if additional application materials are needed.Back to TopQ:I would like to upload my resume and cover letter now, and wait for any jobs that come open that I'm interested in. You will use the same username and password for all openings you wish to apply for.Back to TopQ:I am a current Oklahoma certified teacher. I am in the process of doing the paper work for reciprocity. Can I still apply for the Round Robin interviews or do I have to have everything done through the state department? Thank you. KylaA:You are welcome to apply for the E-TIP Interviews, if we have space you will be invited. I would suggest you get as much done on your reciprocity as soon as possible. E-TIP is a wonderful way to get in front of building principals, but we generally won't look to hard at your application for a teaching position until you are AR licensed.Back to TopQ:How do I fill out a general applicationA:The only applications we have are for jobs available. There are no general applications, each one is attached to a job. Please keep an eye on our website for any that you might be interested in.

Once interviews have been conducted and an applicant has been hired, an email will go out to all of the applicants informing them that the position has been filled.

Back to TopQ:Retiring from 30+ years of health care and mental health with young children.
Is an associates degree and absolute must for early education paraprofessional, please?
Is the sub paraprofessional application posted on 2015 still good to use if a person has no degree but experience.
Thanks much.

Donna Harman
A:The Ar Dept of Education requires 60 college credit hours or a passing score on the ParaPro Paxis exam. That is necessary for any Special Education or ELL para position.

For PreK paras only: Because we are grant funded, our guidelines state that a teacher assistant has to hold a minimum of an associates degree.
Back to TopQ:It may take a day or two to get letters of reference from my principal(s). Should I go ahead and submit my application and add the letters when I get them?A:Just pay attention to the close date. Job postings are removed at 5:00 p.m. on the close date. You will be unable to apply once the job posting is removed.

If you have listed those principals on your reference list, a reference survey will be sent to them when you submit your application.

Thank You JeffA:We will re-open the Substitute positions on July 1, 2019.Back to TopQ:Question: Why was an inquiry sent via email to one of my references if I was never invited for an interview?

Thank you.
A:When you submit your application, the references are automatically sent out. Then when the position closes, the person doing the interviewing will have those references, along with your application, to review so that they can select the applicants they want to interview.Back to TopQ:How long does it usually take after a position is closed to hear back from someone? And if you didnt get the job, will they let you know?A:Yes, as jobs are filled, an email will go out to all the applicants stating that the position has been filled.

We do have some jobs, such as Child Nutrition Worker, Substitute, etc...that stay up year round and applicants are called for interviews as needed.
Back to TopQ:I am interested in substitute teaching for the current school year. I do have a medical marijuana card though, and I was wondering if that would prevent me from being eligible for the job. Thanks so much for your time!A:A medical marijuana card does not exclude an applicant, but an employee will still be required to follow all policies related to drug use.Back to Top

If you overwrite your current attachments with new ones then the old versions will no longer be viewable by the district.Back to TopQ:Can I upload different cover letters for each job posting to which I apply?A:There is currently no way to upload different cover letters for each job to which you apply.
