Please advise.

You will use the same username and password for all openings you wish to apply for.Back to TopQ:I am a current Oklahoma certified teacher. I am in the process of doing the paper work for reciprocity. Can I still apply for the Round Robin interviews or do I have to have everything done through the state department? Thank you. KylaA:You are welcome to apply for the E-TIP Interviews, if we have space you will be invited. I would suggest you get as much done on your reciprocity as soon as possible. E-TIP is a wonderful way to get in front of building principals, but we generally won't look to hard at your application for a teaching position until you are AR licensed.Back to TopQ:How do I fill out a general applicationA:The only applications we have are for jobs available. There are no general applications, each one is attached to a job. Please keep an eye on our website for any that you might be interested in.

Thank you.

I am sorry, we only accept applications for jobs we have open, we do not keep any applications on file. Please watch our website and apply for all jobs you are interested in.

Back to TopQ:If a job I applied for is listed under closed or filled and I haven't heard anything does that mean I am not being considered?A:Once a position has closed, the building principal/supervisor will review applications and determine who they will interview. Those candidates will be invited by email. Once interviews have been conducted and an applicant has been hired, an email will go out to all of the applicants informing them that the position has been filled.

Thank you
Back to TopQ:Retiring from 30+ years of health care and mental health with young children.
Is an associates degree and absolute must for early education paraprofessional, please?
Is the sub paraprofessional application posted on 2015 still good to use if a person has no degree but experience.
Thanks much.

Donna Harman
A:The Ar Dept of Education requires 60 college credit hours or a passing score on the ParaPro Paxis exam. That is necessary for any Special Education or ELL para position.

For PreK paras only: Because we are grant funded, our guidelines state that a teacher assistant has to hold a minimum of an associates degree.
Back to TopQ:It may take a day or two to get letters of reference from my principal(s). Should I go ahead and submit my application and add the letters when I get them?A:Just pay attention to the close date. Job postings are removed at 5:00 p.m. on the close date. You will be unable to apply once the job posting is removed.

If you have listed those principals on your reference list, a reference survey will be sent to them when you submit your application.
Back to TopQ:How do does it alert me that I have an interview?A:If you are invited to an interview, you will receive the invitation by email. You will also accept or decline the invitation by email.Back to Top

It is best to use a generic cover letter when adding one to your attachments page. This may be unnecessary in some cases where districts have a specific page on their application for you to type your cover letter.Back to TopQ:HOW DO I UPLOAD A PDF FILEA:You will need to have the PDF file saved on your computer. When you fill out the application and get to the 'attachments' section where you can upload your resume, Praxis or Transcript, you will select 'choose file' then go into your computer and find the file you want to upload.Back to Top
